StepZero is a discipline and habit-building app. Its content is for self-development and education only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, or any mental-health condition, please consult a qualified professional.
Coach Zero is an AI, not a doctor or therapist. It gives no medical, legal or crisis advice, and its replies can be wrong. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
StepZero is not built for crises. If you are thinking about harming yourself or are in immediate danger, call 112 or your local emergency number right away, or a crisis line. You will find hotlines for your country in the app under “Crisis Help”.
If you regularly use alcohol, sedatives (benzodiazepines) or opioids, do not stop abruptly. Sudden withdrawal can be life-threatening. Talk to a doctor first.
You must be at least 16 years old to use StepZero. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Some content discusses sensitive topics including stress, addiction patterns, and influence dynamics.
Information about your habits, addictions, wellbeing and faith is only processed with your explicit consent, which is optional. You can withdraw it at any time under Settings → Help & Legal → “Consent: health, faith, AI”. Details are in the Privacy Policy, section 5a.
Monthly and Annual plans auto-renew through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel anytime via Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions.
Don't use StepZero to harass, manipulate, or harm others. The educational courses on influence and psychology are provided for self-defense and self-understanding — not as a manipulation toolkit.
Your display name and duel names are user-generated content. The Wall of Wins is switched off at launch; the same rules apply to it as soon as we switch it on. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content — hate, harassment, sexual content, violence, threats or spam — and for abusive users. We may remove such content without warning and suspend or terminate the account behind it.
Every post and every user can be reported from inside the app; reporting also blocks or hides that user instantly. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours — you can also reach us at the contact address below.
The courses, branding, and gamification system are property of StepZero. Personal notes, identity statements, and posts remain yours.
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
